Weightwatchers

Weight Watchers effectively promotes a reduced calorie, low fat diet, to encourage weight loss. This unique programme is called Switch and consists of two different diets :
The Points Plan – this allows you to eat and drink anything you like as long as you stick to a daily Points allowance.
Or
The Core Plan – this allows you to eat from a set list of healthy or ‘Core’ foods. There’s no limit on quantity – you simply eat until you feel comfortable. You also have a weekly Points allowance for treats.

I did the Weight Watchers and lost 40 pounds. I went off the plan and gained it all back. No one told me the benefits of exercise so I was terrible flabby afterwards! I was hungry all the time because my points were so low for my weight and I had to eat the same things over and over because if I ate regular food I gained weight right away. I got off of Weight Watchers and I eat right and exercise and feel much better. I’m not deprived and can eat what I want without worrying about points or gaining weight easily.

I did the Weightwatchers points diet online, and lost almost three stone, which is staying off. The impressive part of the diet for me was that after 6 weeks or so, I had got so used to the points values of different foods that I no longer had to religiously record and plot everything to successfully lose weight each week. Also, because no foods are completely banned, unlike many other diets, it is easy to do in conjunction with feeding the rest of the family. I kept my online subscription going because it offered a lot of support through user forums - useful if I was wavering! I also found the emphasis not just on diet, but on exercise useful - the way in which points could be reclaimed by exercising, thereby allowing you to eat more if you wished. The service also offered the opportunity to buy gadgets which, for instance, would measure how may points you were walking off in a day - added impetus for a lunchtime brisk stroll. On the whole I have found that I am now much fitter as well as lighter.
I would recommend the diet as a healthy and sensible way to lose weight at a rate which is fast enough for you to see results, but not so fast as to be dangerous to your health or your clothes budget!

This is the perfect diet if you are looking to keep weight off. For me losing weight was difficult. Even with WW. But ever since I have lost the weight, WW makes it easy to keep the weight off. I have lost a total of 40 pounds and its been steady for the past 3 months.
